This classic NiteSafe torch features a sleek weatherproof black coating and a constant orange base night light that activates automatically in low light. Designed to remain plugged in and ready, it provides reliable emergency lighting during power cuts and can be removed for handheld use at any time.
How To Use
- Plug In & Charge: Keep seated in the induction charging cradle with the wall socket switched on.
- Automatic Orange Night Light: Activates when lower ambient light levels are detected and switches off again in daylight.
- Power Failure Mode: Top COB LED automatically activates if power is lost, providing up to 3 hours of emergency light when fully charged.
- Handheld Torch: Remove from the cradle to use instantly. Press once for bright beam, again for lower beam, third press for flashing mode, fourth press to turn off.
- Weatherproof Design: Coated to withstand light rain and drizzle (not submersible).

- Can The Night Light / Sensor be Turned off?
- No, with this model the orange night light cannot be turned off at all.
- How Is The Torch Weatherproof?
- The torch is coated with a weatherproof material that can withstand mild rain and drizzle. It cannot be submerged in water. This makes it suitable for dog walks or similar outdoor use.
- How Does The Power Cut Light Work?
- When the model is plugged into a socket and has sufficient charge, the emergency power-cut light on the top of the torch will automatically activate when power is no longer detected at the charging base.
- How Does The Charging Base Work?
- Each base uses induction charging technology, similar to an electric toothbrush. The torch draws a small amount of power from the mains to remain charged when in the cradle. Once removed or if the socket is turned off, the torch will begin to run down its charge until placed back in the cradle.
- Can I plug this into an extension cable?
- No — it is not recommended to use this product in an extension cable as the emergency light may not trigger correctly.
- What is the warranty?
- Each model comes with a 12 month warranty period from date of receipt of goods. An invoice or proof of purchase may be needed to validate a warranty claim.
